Seventh Films Media, Events and Video Production is an independent production outfit specializing in cinema, TV, commercial advertisements, documentaries, and other audio-video productions. Established by an industry disciple of over 10 years, director/cinematographer/producer Jay Abello, Seventh Films also services non-profit organizations in handling their marketing activities such as promotions, partnerships, video productions, and events management.
A key player in the independent cinema industry, Jay Abello has worked in Television, Films and the Advertising world having trained highly commended directors such as Erik Matti, Yam Laranas, Peque Gallaga, Laurice Guillen and Mark Meily.
Seventh Films strongly supports non-profit organizations which is why the company’s services are geared towards helping charitable institutions in promotions to generate resources, produce marketing materials, and manage projects and events.
Presently, Seventh Films handles three Interntaional NGO’s : (1) Tapulanga Foundation which provides free education to farm children in Silay, Negros Occidental and (2) Kalipay Negrense Foundation which shelters abused children of Negros and (3) VSO-Bahaginan, a British-based NGO geared towards sending professional volunteers to the poorer places overseas. Offering state of the art audio-video productions, Seventh Films supports these institutions in all their marketing endeavors.
The other thrust of Seventh Films is producing independent films. We are finishing the full feature documentary, Pureza to be premiered in November, 2010, and developing two full-length narratives (Pinay Beauty and Specialty of the House) for 2011.

The Kalipay Negrense Foundation, Inc. focuses on disadvantaged children - the homeless, physically and sexually abused, malnourished, uneducated and with physical and mental disabilities.
